(Undated)– It’s been another record-setting morning across the region with several locations setting new overnight lows again this (Monday) morning.
Spencer bottomed out at 34 degrees below zero and Estherville hit 24 below.
The low in Jackson hit 22 below. Here at the KUOO studios the overnight low went to 25 below, breaking the old record of 18 below in 1999.
