(Primghar)– Possible injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision Monday in O’Brien county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Madeline Wankum of Merrill was driving a 2019 Ford Explorer westbound when she collided with the rear of a westbound 2000 Peterbilt semi-trailer driven by 51-year-old Jerry Nieuwenhuis of Primghar, who had slowed to make a turn.
Possible injuries were reported to Wankum, but she apparently didn’t seek immediate treatment. The vehicle she was driving was totaled; $2,000 in damage was estimated to the semi.
