(Emmetsburg)– Minor injuries were reported in a single vehicle crash early Friday in Palo Alto county. The Sheriff’s Office says Adam Leuer of Emmetsburg was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Impala southbound on 530th Avenue when he traveled through a T-intersection and went into a ditch.
Leuer sustained minor injuries but didn’t seek immediate medical attention. He was cited for failure to prove security against liability, operation without registration, failure to maintain control and failure to wear a seat belt.
Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $8,000.
