(Sioux City)– A Milford man has been sentenced to more than two years in federal prison after pleading guilty to a meth charge.
32-year-old Terry Lowry pled guilty back in February of this year to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Lowry admitted to distributing more than 50 grams of meth in the Spencer area.
In addition to the prison sentence, Lowry must also serve a four-year term of supervised release.
He’s being held in the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending transport to a federal prison.
The case was investigated by the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force, Division of Criminal Investigation, the Spencer and Milford Police Departments and the Clay and Dickinson County Sheriff’s Offices.
