(Sioux City)– A Milford man has been sentenced on a federal firearms charge. 35-year-old Jeffrey Krowiorz, II was sentencted Tuesday to 85 months in prison.
Krowiorz admitted during a plea hearing he unlawfully possessed a firearm after have at least one prior felony conviction, and being an unlawful user of methamphetamine. He had previously been convicted for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in federal court in 2013; possession of lithium with intent to manufacture meth in Emmet county in 2007 and possession of anhydrous ammonia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine in Clay County in 2007.
The prison term includes a consecutive 24-month revocation of federal supervised release.
Krowiorz II is in the custody of a U.S. Marshal pending transport to a federal prison.
