(Spirit Lake)—Dickinson county authorities say a Milford man has been arrested in connection with an incident that took place back on July 4th of this year in which another man was wounded in an altercation involving a knife.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Maxwell Cretsinger was arrested and charged with willful injury…a class c felony; and carrying weapons.
Cretsinger has since been released after posting a $12,000 bond.
Authorities say the incident took place in the 25,000 block of highways 9 and 71 east of Spirit Lake on the evening of July 4th.
