Milford Fire Dept. To Hold Annual Pancake Fundraiser Sunday (Sept. 3rd)

(Milford)– Milford Fire and Rescue will hold their annual pancake fundraiser this Sunday, September 3rd from 8:00 am until 12 Noon at the fire station in Milford. Firefighter Jason Simpson…

“The firefighters and the scouts will be serving up the hot, fresh, Krustees sweet cream pancakes, which you know are the official pancakes of the University of Okoboji, along with a side of a couple of sausage patties, a hot cup of coffee and some juice.”

Simpson says a freewill donation will be taken…

“The benefit breakfast funds that we’ll raise go towards the ongoing upkeep of some of our fire equipment and tools, because we want to make sure that everything’s in good working order, which you never know when you’re going to need it, so it needs to be ready to go.”

Sunday’s event is sponsored by the Milford Fire Department Foundation. Everyone is invited.
