(Milford)– Putting in an R-V park within the city limits of Milford just got a little tougher. The city council Monday evening adopted a revised ordinance recommended by the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission. It makes such developments a special exception use in a commercially zoned area, meaning any proposal would need to go through an additional hearing process.
The council approved the 1st reading and waived the 2nd and 3rd and voted to formally adopt the measure. However, Mayor Steve Anderson said he wants a clarification in setback requirements for R-V units with slide outs. That was referred back to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a recommendation.
