(Ruthven)– A man wanted on warrants out of Osceola county was taken into custody last week in Ruthven.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 46-year-old Jamie Wiersma of Merrill was arrested Thursday at a residence in Ruthven following the execution of a search warrant.
Wiersma was wanted for a probation violation and escape from custody. The bond on the warrant was set at $10,000. He was additionally charged by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office with interference with official acts.
