(Emmetsburg)—A Minnesota man wanted on outstanding warrants from Palo Alto and Emmet counties was taken into custody this past Sunday.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says Steven Clark of Fairmont was arrested on the warrants after a deputy spotted him at a fast food restaurant in Emmetsburg.
Clark was wanted on warrants out of Palo Alto county charging him with contempt of court on an original charge of harassment in the 1st degree and a probation revocation.
Clark was also wanted on Emmet county warrants charging him with contempt of court on an original charge of harassment by communication and contempt of court on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Clark was booked into jail pending an appearance before a Magistrate.
