(Spencer)– A Fostoria man wanted by authorities in Nebraska for allegedly sexually abusing a child has been taken into custody. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 29-year-old Dustin Sargent was arrested around 7:30 pm Tuesday.
Authorities say Sargent was wanted on the warrant from Humboldt county, Nebraska for sexual assault of a child, 3rd degree. He’s being held on a $100,000 bond pending extradition to Nebraska.
