(Spencer)– A Spencer man wanted on warrants by Clay county officials was taken into custody Tuesday at the Spencer Wal-Mart store.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 23-year-old Joshua Haburn on two warrants for a probation violation.
While making the arrest, a deputy discovered what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia. Haburn was then additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
He was booked into the Clay county jail pending an initial appearance before a magistrate.
