(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man has pleaded guilty to 3rd degree sexual abuse in each of three different cases in Clay, Dickinson and Osceola counties as part of a plea deal.
Online court records show 54-year-old Stacy Lee Lind had also been charged in Dickinson county with lascivious acts with a child, incest, and child endangerment.
Lind was initially arrested back in October and has been in jail ever since on a $27,000 bond.
