(Rock Rapids)– The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says an Ocheyedan man seriously hurt in a single-vehicle crash on Thursday of last week near Rock Rapids has now died of his injuries.
Authorities say 31-year-old Benjamin Perry passed away Sunday at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls.
Authorities say Perry was northbound on Harding Avenue about a mile and-a-half north of Rock Rapids when a 1999 GMC Suburban he was driving left the road and rolled. Perry was thrown from the vehicle.
