Man Convicted Of Beating Another Man To Death In A Spencer Alley Sentenced To Life In Prison

(Spencer)– A man is facing life in prison for a beating death in August.

A Clay County judge sentenced Wade St. John to life in prison after he was found guilty of first-degree murder in December. He was also ordered to pay 150-thousand dollars of restitution to the estate of the man killed.

Police say they found a man who was unconscious and bleeding in an alley off Grand Avenue on August 26th. Police declared 38-year-old DJay Joseph St. John Loudner dead on the scene.
