(Sibley)– A Sibley man arrested on two outstanding warrants now faces drug charges as well.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy was arresting 50-year-old Robert McKean Friday evening when they found what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia is his coat pocket.
McKean was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance…3rd or subsequent offense…an aggravated misdemeanor. He was booked into jail on a $3,500 cash bond.
