(Okoboji)– An Okoboji man faces multiple charges following an alleged incident late Tuesday afternoon at Arrowwood Resort in Okoboji. 50-year-old Jason Woodard is accused in a criminal complaint of assaulting another man by hitting him in the head with a motorcycle helmet.
Woodard was arrested for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine, and no valid driver’s license for a motorcycle. An affidavit says Woodard has previous convictions for drug charges. He was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
