(Emmetsburg)– A Mallard man was arrested Saturday on several warrants.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 25-year-old Timothy Schultz of Mallard around 12:30 p.m. Saturday at his residence.
Authorities say Schultz was wanted on Palo Alto county warrants charging him with two counts of supplying alcohol to a minor; two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor…all simple misdemeanors; and one count of sexual abuse in the third degree….a class “C” felony.
Schultz was transported to the Palo Alto county jail where he’s being held on 12,600-dollars bond.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in making the arrest by the Iowa State Patrol.
