(Spirit Lake)– A long-time employee of the Dickinson County office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service is stepping down.
Carroll Oskvig is retiring after more than 30 years of service with the agency, which is housed with the Dickinson County Soil and Water Conservation District office in Spirit Lake.
Oskvig has worked in the Spirit Lake office since August of 1996.
Carrol and his wife Martha live in Milford.
The Dickinson County Soil and Water Conservation District Commissioners will hold a retirement open house for Oskvig this coming Friday, April 29th from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Expo Building on the Dickinson County Fairgrounds in Spirit Lake. The public is cordially invited.
