(Spirit Lake)– Special recognition for a local banker.
The Board of Directors of the Siouxland Economic Development Corporation announced today (Thursday) Brett Johnson of Central Bank in Spirit Lake has been selected as its Lender Of The Year for 2010.
The award is given annually to a commercial lender in the SEDC’s 14-county service area who demonstrates a high regard for customer service and successfully and creatively utilizes the SBA loan program to further economic development.
Johnson is an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Central Bank in Spirit Lake, where he’s worked since 2008.
An open house in Johnson’s honor will be held Wednesday, May 25th from 1:30 until 3:30 p.m. at Central Bank in Spirit Lake.
