(Linn Grove)– A Linn Grove man has been arrested on a theft charge.
The Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Martin Stallings was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with theft in the third degree…an aggravated misdemeanor.
Authorities say the charge stems from an incident involving the alleged theft of scrap metal from a rural Linn Grove address.
Stalling was booked into the Buena Vista county jail on a $2,000 bond.
