(Arnolds Park)– It was announced today (Wed.) Lieutenant Governor Patty Judge will be visiting the Iowa Great Lakes this coming Tuesday, July 7th as part of her “Travel Iowa ’09 Tour”.
The Lieutenant Governor is scheduled to speak at 4:15 p.m. at the Arnolds Park Pavilion. She’ll be talking about some of Iowa’s great attractions and will urge Iowans to vacation close to home this summer. She’ll also talk about how to enjoy and support local businesses and jobs.
Judge began her tour today (Wed.) with a visit to the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines.
She plans to visit more than 65 attractions and events throughout the state this summer.
