(Undated)– Law enforcement agencies in Minnesota are warning the public of a text message scam.
It pertains to a notification supposedly coming from the Minnesota Department of Revenue. It tells the recipient they have a refund coming and that they need to submit account information by clicking on a link in the text message.
Authorities say under no circumstances should you click on the link or give any personal information. They say anyone who gets the message should simply disregard it or delete it.
