(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake realtor is this year’s recipient of the Iowa Great Lakes Board of Realtor’s “Realtor of The Year” award.
The award was presented to Deb Goetzinger during the organization’s fall banquet held earlier this month.
Goetzinger has been an agent with Dowden Hinn Realtors since 1996. She has been a licensed realtor since 1987.
The award is based on professionalism, community involvement and participation in the professional realtor organization on the national, state and local levels.
Goetzinger also serves as a trustee of Lakes Regional Healthcare and has volunteered in her church, service clubs and the community.
25 realtor members from Estherville, Spencer and the Iowa Great Lakes were also recognized for various professional achievements.
