(Sibley)– A Lake Park man charged in a fatal UTV crash in Osceola county has been sentenced. 50-year-old Christopher Bosma was sentenced today (Monday) to 10 years in prison.
Bosma pled guilty in April to vehicular homicide-reckless driving. Another charge of vehicular homicide-operating under the influence was dismissed as part of a plea deal.
Authorities say Bosma was operating a UTV near Harris when it rolled. A passenger, Kelsie Sturm, was ejected. She later died of her injuries.
