Laborshed Survey About To Get Underway

Laborshed survey02.mp3(Spencer)– If you live in Dickinson, Clay, Buena Vista or Emmet counties and happen to receive a phone call in the next couple of weeks on behalf of Iowa Workforce Development and the Iowa Lakes Corridor of Opportunity, you’re being asked to take a few minutes to answer some questions.

Shaun Arneson, Vice President of the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation tells KUOO news they are once again conducting a survey of the area’s workforce or laborshed. The survey is conducted every two years and the findings are shared with employers…(Click here to hear comment from Arneson.).

The surveys are to begin this week. Arneson says it takes about 10 minutes to complete. He says the results should be available late this summer.
