(Ruthven)– A juvenile has been charged in an incident earlier this month in Palo Alto county that injured two law enforcement officers.
Authorities say they were called January 12th to a disturbance in Ruthven that resulted in three adults and a 17-year-old being charged with fighting, violent behavior and disorderly conduct.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says the juvenile also allegedly injured two officers as they were attempting to take him into custody. The juvenile was additionally charged with interference with official acts inflicting serious injury and interference with official acts inflicting bodily injury.
Authorities say one of the officers was seriously injured in the incident.
