(Lake Park)– Local July 4th celebrations kick off Friday evening with a fireworks display over Silver Lake at Lake Park. The show will begin at dusk. Other fireworks displays include one over Big Spirit Lake Monday, July 3rd with a montage of patriotic music on KUQQ FM, 102.1; West Lake Okoboji Tuesday, July 4th with a montage of patriotic music on KUOO FM, 103.9, and in Spencer just north of the Clay County Fairgrounds at 10:00 pm on July 4th.
