(Spirit Lake)– A familiar face is returning to the position of Executive Director at Camp Foster. The YMCA of the Okoboji’s announced today (Tues.) Josh Carr is returning to the position effective August 7th. He previously served in that role from 2008 until 2022 when he left to become the leader of youth ministries at First Lutheran Church in Milford.
Carr will help wrap up the 2023 camping season and provide leadership for campers and camp counselors moving forward.
