Jackson County Traffic Stop Results In Arrest Of Man Wanted On Multiple Warrants

(Jackson, Mn.)– A traffic stop early in the week resulted in the arrest of a man on multiple charges.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office conducted the stop at 12:44 pm Monday near the Belmont Church. The driver, 39-year-old Josey Netch of Mountain Lake was arrested on multiple warrants from Cottonwood County including 3rd Degree Assault; Substantial Bodily Harm, Driving After Revocation, Must Carry Proof of Insurance, 5th Degree Controlled Substance, Storage Deposit Dispose Refuse, and Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle.

Netch was also wanted by authorities in Watonwan County for 5th Degree Controlled Substance, Must Carry Proof of Insurance, and Driving After Revocation.

Netch was transported to the Cottonwood County Jail to address those warrants first.
