(Undated)– Many governmental buildings and landmarks nationwide will be illuminated green November 4th-11th
to show support for veterans and raise awareness about resources to assist them and their families.
This marks the fifth year for what’s known as Operation Green Light. The courthouse in Jackson will be among those participating and will be illuminated in green over the next week.
Residents, businesses and other organizations are encouraged to participate as well by simply changing one light bulb inside or outside their home to a green bulb.
