Jackson County ATV Crash Injures Two Teens

(Sioux Valley, Mn.)– A crash this past Sunday involving an all-terrain-vehicle in the Sioux Valley, Minnesota area injured two teens.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says 15-year-old Freeman Scott of Jackson was operating a 2009 Polaris Sportsman through some curves on 385th Avenue when he lost control. The A-T-V traveled into the south ditch, ejecting Scott as it rolled.

Scott was transported to Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake; minor injuries were reported to a passenger, 16-year-old Ali Brewster of Isanti, Minnesota. He was transported to the hospital.

The A-T-V was totaled.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office.
