Jackson County 4-H Federation Raising Funds For Summer Intern Program

October 07, 2025

(Jackson, Mn.)– As we reported previously, National 4-H Week is this week. 4-H clubs in Jackson county are marking the event with a special fundraiser that will continue throughout October. Aralia Ruby is a member of the Middletown Livewires 4-H Club and is Secretary of the Jackson County 4-H Federation. She says they’re raising funds to support a summer intern program…

“That helps out with the 4-H programming during the summer, and just runs community events through 4-H at the fair, and like at the Jackson block party and the various day camps for kids to participate in, and so that fundraiser is running from now until October 30th. You can access that on the Gerten’s fundraising website, so yeah, you can just go to that Gerten’s fundraising website and then the store I.D. number is 1057, so you can just enter that in and look at the different greenery options. There’s like poinsettias, wreaths and various house plants that would be great for gifts or just decorating your house.”

Again the fundraiser continues through October 30th.
