(Jackson, Mn.)– Authorities in Jackson are investigating yet ANOTHER report of an attempted child abduction. The latest report was received around 9:00 pm Thursday. A seven-year-old girl stated she was walking north on North Sverdrup when a vehicle approached and the driver asked her to get into his vehicle, saying he had free candy.
The vehicle was described as being dark colored, possibly dark blue. The driver was described as having short, dark hair and a beard.
Multiple deputies responded to the location within a minute of receiving the call but were unable to locate a person or vehicle matching the descriptions.
It’s the third such incident reported in Jackson this month.
