(Arnolds Park)– The Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Music Association’s museum will be open through The Burning of The Greens Saturday evening as a warming station due to the cold weather. Executive Director Clay Norris says they’ll offer refreshments and have some exhibits to see as well…
“Normally in the wintertime we are not open on Saturdays. Of course being Winter Games, especially when we saw the weather forecast, we’re going to have our bar open, we’re going to have some hot chocolate. For those of you who have not been to the museum yet this year or for awhile, there are some new exhibits that are really exciting like we have a Grammy Award in our case. We have a gold record, a platinum record, Hotel California in our case. There’s a great story there about the record plant and an Iowan that started that. Just a lot of fun things in the museum that you may not have seen.”
The museum will open at 10:00 am on Saturday and stay open until about 6:45 Saturday night.
