(Des Moines)– The life sentence of Christian Goyne-Yarns of Dickinson County has been upheld by the Iowa Court of Appeals. He was convicted of first-degree murder in the death of Shelby Woizeschke in her workplace parking lot. She is the mother of his two children and he appealed, saying there was not enough evidence that he planned to shoot her in February 2022.
