(Okoboji)– The Iowa Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in two cases next month during the annual chautauqua in Okoboji. The court will convene at 1:00 pm June 2nd at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center.
They’ll hear arguments from attorneys in cases of State V. Eliot Stowe, a case out of Monona county, and North Star Mutual Insurance Company v. Julie Schley, a case out of Sioux County.
The oral arguments are open to the public.
