(Ruthven)– An investigation Friday into an incident in Ruthven resulted in the arrest of an Emmetsburg man.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation into the incident resulted in the arrest of James Cole of Emmetsburg on one count of serious assault and one count of simple assault.
Cole was booked into the Palo Alto county jail pending an initial court appearance.
