(Estherville)– Trustees of Iowa Lakes Community College have a new leader. Arden Kinnander, representing District 1, has been appointed Board President, succeeding outgoing Board President Janice Lund who served in that capacity 13 years. She will remain on the board.
Bob Jennings, who represents District 7, will become the board’s new Vice President, succeeding Pat Kibbie of District 6, who will also continue to serve on the board.
