IGL Chamber To Host Lunch & Learn Event Focused On Hospitality Industry

(Arnolds Park)– The Iowa Great Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce will present a Lunch and Learn event October 15th. CEO Blain Andera says it will focus on the hospitality industry…

“We are putting on a lunch and learn with a presenter on October 15th in conjunction with the Arnolds Park Amusement Park. It’s from 11:30 am until 2:00 pm that day. We’re bringing in a keynote speaker, again working with Arnolds Park on this so we’re appreciative of the co-sponsorship there. Josh Liebman is going to be the presenter on The Hospitality Mentality. He has guest experience with attractions, tourism, hospitality including service standards, complaint resolution, driving guest loyalty, things like that. He’s worked with Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Cedar Fair. Josh has been an integral part of multiple attractions in various leadership capacities.
