(Arnolds Park)– Organizers of this weekend’s University of Okoboji Winter Games say ice conditions have forced a change of location for one event.
Flag Football is being moved from East Lake Okoboji to Smith’s Bay.
Tom Kuhlman, Executive Director of the Iowa Great Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, says last week’s rain caused a lot of slush to form on East Lake that has since frozen.
All other events are still on as scheduled at their original locations.
