I90 Crash Results In Minor Injuries To Two People

(Jackson, Mn.)– Minor injuries were reported in a single-vehicle crash Monday on Interstate 90 in Jackson county.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 37-year-old Marvin Lopau of Sibley was westbound east of Jackson when he lost control and over-corrected, causing the vehicle to go off the road where it rolled, coming to rest on its roof.

Minor injuries were reported to Lopau and a passenger, 37-year-old Ellis Hargis, also of Sibley. Neither sought immediate treatment.

Moderate damage was reported to a 1992 Ford Escort.

The crash took place around 7:44 a.m.

The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on the scene by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
