I90 Crash Injures Four

(Worthington, Mn.)– A single-vehicle crash Saturday on Interstate 90 in Nobles county sent four people to the hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 49-year-old Jing Tang of South Dakota was driving a 1999 Subaru Forrester when he lost control on an ice-covered bridge. The vehicle collided with the concrete bridge railing, hit a guardrail, then rolled down an embankment several times before coming to rest.

Tang and three passengers, 49-year-old Lili Sai, 13-year-old Chuck Tang and seven-year-old Michael Tang…all of Rapid City…were taken to Sanford Hospital in Luverne where they were treated and released.

The vehicle was totaled.

The crash took place shortly after 7:30 a.m.

The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted by the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office, the Adrian Fire Department and the Adrian ambulance.
