(Worthington, Mn.)—A car/deer collision yesterday (Sun.) on interstate 90 west of Worthington sent one person to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 46-year-old Cindy Burdine of Port Angeles, Washington was driving a 2004 Subaru Impreza westbound when she collided with the animal.
Burdine was taken to Sanford Hospital in Worthington for treatment of minor injuries.
Minor damage was reported to the vehicle.
The mishap took place shortly before 4:00 p.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted by the Worthington ambulance and paramedics.
