(Okoboji)– This particular phase of work on Highway 71 through the Iowa Great Lakes Corridor is wrapping up for the season. The Iowa Department of Transportation says the highway through Okoboji will be reopening tomorrow (Wed.) with the detour going off at 5:00 pm.
