(Windom)– A single-vehicle rollover Wednesday evening on Highway 60 one mile northeast of Windom seriously injured one person.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the 23-year-old driver from Mountain Lake, Mn., who’s name has not been released, was driving a 1999 Chevrolet blazer that drifted across the eastbound lane and went into the south ditch. Troopers say the driver then over-corrected, causing the vehicle to roll, coming to rest on the passenger side. The driver was then ejected from the vehicle.
The victim was taken by ambulance to Sanford Hospital in Windom and was listed in critical condition.
The vehicle was totaled.
The crash took place around 8:00 p.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted by the Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office.
