(Sibley)– An investigation into a house fire Friday in Ashton has resulted in the arrest of a man on an arson charge.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation into the origin resulted in the arrest of 32-year-old David Alvarez, Jr. of Ashton. He was charged with arson in the 1st degree…a Class B felony, and criminal mischief in the 1st degree…a Class C felony.
Alvarez was booked into the Osceola county jail on a $35,000 bond.
Details into the fire weren’t immediately available.
