(Spirit Lake)– A traffic stop Monday at the intersection of Highway 86 and 190th Street in Dickinson county resulted in charges against three people.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 25-year-old Leigh Ireland of Spirit Lake was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; speeding; no insurance; and operating a non-registered vehicle.
24-year-old Kristi Bradley of Milford was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance…marijuana. She was also held on a warrant out of Clay county.
32-year-old Billy Doran of Milford was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three were booked into the Dickinson county jail and were released after posting bond of $1,000 each.
Deputies were assisted by the Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit.
