(Wilder, Mn.)– A single-vehicle crash Saturday on Highway 60 on the west edge of Wilder, Mn. sent one person to the hospital with minor injuries.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 62-year-old Carol Krueger of Lakefield was driving a 2006 Honda Accord westbound when the vehicle went into the median. Authorities say Krueger then over-corrected, causing the vehicle to go back into the westbound lanes, then back through the median. It then crossed both eastbound lanes and went over some railroad tracks before coming to rest in the eastbound ditch.
Krueger was taken to Sanford Hospital in Windom where she was treated for minor injuries.
Severe damage was reported to the vehicle.
The crash took place shortly after 7:00 p.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
