(Boyden)– A two-vehicle collision Saturday night Highway 18 west of Boyden in Sioux county claimed the life of a Hull man.
The Iowa State Patrol says 21-year-old Enrique De Leon Martinez of Sioux Center was driving a 2005 GMC Yukon eastbound when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a westbound 2003 Chrysler Town and Country driven by 63-year-old Brian Bouma of Hull, who died in the crash. De Leon Martinez was taken by ambulance to the Sheldon hospital.
The collision took place a little after 11:00 pm. The Sioux and O’Brien County Sheriff’s Offices assisted on the scene.
